About Plus8Soft

Plus8Soft was created through the merger of the founders’ businesses — Timur Iusubaliev and Evgeniy Zhdanov. By 2022, Timur had spent more than 15 years in software engineering, leading complex projects and building high-performing technical teams. In parallel, Evgeniy had founded and scaled two digital marketing companies, gaining deep experience in product development, business strategy, and company growth.

The idea to combine forces emerged after Evgeniy completed his business education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he recognized that the software development industry needed a fundamental shift in how services were delivered. Together, he and Timur observed that as technology advanced, companies faced increasing complexity — and what they truly needed was not just a group of engineers, but a strategic partner who understands the product, the market context, and the business objectives behind every technical decision. Simply hiring specialists to solve isolated problems was no longer enough; modern companies require teams who can see and influence the entire picture.

Merging Timur’s deep technical mastery with Evgeniy’s experience in running and advising businesses made intuitive sense, creating a model where engineering excellence and business insight reinforce one another — a foundation that became Plus8Soft and continues to drive the company forward.
