Account Executive
We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Account executive, NBS to bridge the critical gap between initial lead generation and final closing. Your primary mission is to own the “middle” of the sales funnel: nurturing prospects after the first meeting, managing the proposal process, and expanding accounts through strategic intelligence.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Lead Nurturing & Follow-up
- Full Ownership: Take complete control of leads after the initial discovery call, ensuring no prospect stalls in the funnel.
- Systemic Persistence: Maintain consistent, value-driven communication through personalized touchpoints, moving prospects from “interested” to “ready to close”.
- Proposal Management: Coordinate with internal recruitment and technical squads to prepare tailored commercial proposals and candidate presentations.
2. Account-Based Intelligence (AI-Native Approach)
- Deep Mining: Use AI tools to build targeted lead bases within key accounts and analyze “tech landscapes” (e.g., scraping client job boards to identify hidden talent gaps and real tech stacks).
- Stakeholder Mapping: Identify Decision Makers (LPR) and Influencers to build a map of mutual influence within the client organization.
- Hyper-Personalization: Use LLMs to synthesize LinkedIn activity, interviews, or quarterly reports into high-relevance “hooks” for your outreach.
3. Account Growth & Relationship Management
- C-Level Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building long-term trust and aligning our services with their business objectives.
- Upsell/Cross-sell: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new projects or team expansions to drive revenue growth. (optional)
- Trigger Monitoring: Track business signals—such as leadership changes, new product launches, or funding rounds—as immediate prompts for re-engagement.
Skills
- Experience: 3+ years in IT Outstaffing/Outsourcing as an Account or BD Manager (experience with US-based clients is a significant plus).
- Language: Native-level or C2 English is mandatory for high-stakes communication with US stakeholders.
- Tech & AI Savvy: Ability to quickly grasp complex tech stacks (SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud) and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay) for deep research and process automation.
- Soft Skills: High level of persistence, strategic empathy, and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes in large organizations.
Qualifications
